We accept audio recordings in multiple formats and different ways. You can send us your digital recordings via FTP account, email, uploading files from within your dedicated account, or you can even send us a chip or CD with your recordings via snailmail. If you have a recording in tape then you will have to convert the audio to digital audio and place it on a CD or send the audio in digital format to us. We can only accept digital audio formats. We offer separate and exclusive US toll-free accounts for anytime dictations as well as digital recorders for traditional voice recordings.
