WORK PROCESS:

We accept audio recordings in multiple formats and different ways. You can send us your digital recordings via FTP account, email, uploading files from within your dedicated account, or you can even send us a chip or CD with your recordings via snailmail. If you have a recording in tape then you will have to convert the audio to digital audio and place it on a CD or send the audio in digital format to us. We can only accept digital audio formats. We offer separate and exclusive US toll-free accounts for anytime dictations as well as digital recorders for traditional voice recordings.

THE 'THREE-TIER' APPROACH:

In order to comply with the international standards of quality, and your expectations, we have adopted a three-tier approach to perform a task to completion. That is, (1) a transcriber transcribes a report/file; (2) a Quality Analyst checks the transcripts and removes errors from it, and, (3) the Editor finally sets it up with proper formatting, framing proper sentences/paras and scrutinizing other issues, if any. An experienced team of Editors and proofreaders assure and record the quality of every report.

While this deafult method is applied to all new accounts, with enough exposure and through a constant learning curve over the time, the transcriber metamorphosizes into an independent transcriptionist starting to produce the same quality transcripts on his/her own. Although that frees some human resource for us to utilize, it also helps us to provide one single point of contact and a dedicated transcriber for one single account. However, each transcript undergoes a final quality check and the transcribers are assigned grades according to their performances.
